What:
Leading Performance is a half-day leadership development workshop for leaders at all levels: corporate executives, start-up founders, team leaders, retail owners and managers, educators, leaders of community organizations; for profit and not for profit alike.

Leading Performance is designed by Hal Adler, Founder and CEO of Leadership Landing and will be delivered by Adler and the Telluride Choral Society

ABOUT THE SEMINAR:

(Hal Adler to himself while conducting for the first time in 1995 as the true meaning of leadership came into focus.)

The performing arts offer a live, spontaneous and colorful look at the leadership dynamics that apply in both the arts and the business world. Leading Performance is a live, hands-on workshop offered by Telluride’s own Choral Society. Come and explore the many shared principles that lie at the intersection of leading in business and leading in the performing arts.

By highlighting the relationship between conductor and choir, we’ll examine leadership principles such as the critical importance of setting a clear vision and direction, clear communication, instilling a culture of collaboration, attentive listening and full engagement of all team members.

Through this hands-on immersive experience, attendees of Leading Performance will see first-hand how to address communication issues and create a culture of trust and collaboration, while leading a team to peak performance.
